Asia Cup 2023 Full Schedule: The Asia Cup 2023 schedule has announced. The tournament will start on 30 August. The final match will be played on 17 September. The Indian team will play its first match against Pakistan on 2 September. Both teams can meet thrice in the tournament.

The long wait for cricket fans is over. The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has announced the schedule of Asia Cup 2023. The matches of this tournament are to be held in ODI format and will be playing in Sri Lanka along with Pakistan. On August 30, the first match of the tournament between Pakistan and Nepal in Multan. The final match will take place in Colombo on 17 September. 6 teams – India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and Nepal will participate in the tournament. A total of 13 matches will play in this tournament.

India and Pakistan are in the same group

India and Pakistan are in the same group in the Asia Cup. Apart from India and Pakistan, Nepal has a team in Group A. Group B consists of Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Afghanistan. All the teams will play one match each against the teams in their group. After this, the top-2 teams in the group will reach the Super-4.

Here all the teams will play one match each against the other. There will be a title match between the top two teams in the Super-4. In such a situation, there can be a total of 3 matches between India and Pakistan.

India-Pakistan may clash thrice

India and Pakistan have been placed in the same group in the Asia Cup. Apart from India and Pakistan, Nepal has a team in Group A. Group B consists of Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Afghanistan.

All the teams will play one match each against the teams in their group. After this, the top-2 teams in the group will reach the Super-4. Here all the teams will play one match each against the other. There will be a title match between the top two teams in the Super-4. In such a situation, there can be a total of 3 matches between India and Pakistan.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had offer the hybrid model for Asia Cup 2023, Finally, ACC approved the model and this most awaited Asia Cup Tournament will  host in two countries i.e. Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
