India vs Australia 2020 Squads, schedule, Venue and Time : BCCI  and CRICKET AUSTRALIA has announced ODI, T20 and Test squad for  their respective teams .(australia yet to announce test squad).  Rohit Sharma is not named among these three teams . Whlie some new faces included in both teams and big name exculed.

 

INDIA VS AUSTRALIA 2020 NO. OF MATCHES

The Indian team has been announced for the Australian tour, while Australia has announced the schedule of the entire series against India. And The Indian team will play the first ODI  followed by the T20 series and finally the Test series. 3 T20, 3 ODIs and 4 Test matches to be played between Australia and India.

India and  Australia  2020  TEST MATCHES

The first test match of the Indian team will be played in Adelaide. This test match is going to be a historic Test match of Indian cricket. India will play the first Test match between India and Australia in Adelaide on 17 December which will be Day-Night. For the first time against the Australian team, the Indian team is going to play the day-night test match.

The second Test match of the Test series will be a Boxing Day Test match which will start on 26 December at Melbourne Cricket Gound.

The third match of the Test series to be play in Sydney from January 7 to January 11 in 2021 next year. While The last Test match of the series will be play from 15 to 1 January in Gaba, Brisbane. And  the Indian team is going to play an international series for the first time in the Corona era.


KL RAHUL NAMED VICE- CAPTAIN 

The  BCCI has announced the Test, ODI and T20 teams for the tour of Australia. KL Rahul has named as vice-captain for ODIs and T20 series.

The Indian Premier League (IPL) released in the United Arab Emirates excludes Mumbai Indians (MI) captain Rohit Sharma who has not played in the last Tthree matches.

BCCI’s medical team is keeping an eye on him and Ishant Sharma. He can be include in the team if proven fit.

AUSTRALIA

The hosts have added uncapped allrounder Cameron Green for the series. Veteran allrounder Moises Henriques has also earned a surprise recall while injured allrounder Mitchell Marsh has been overlooked.

Along with Marsh, Nathan Lyon, Josh Philippe, Riley Meredith and Andrew Tye have been omitted too. All the players were part of the Australia squad that toured England last month.
