In the 15th season of IPL, Delhi Capitals has suffered a setback. Delhi’s Australian all-rounder Mitchell Marsh is still injured due to injury. Due to which they can miss the next 3-4 matches of IPL. Mitchell Marsh was bought by Delhi Capitals (DC) for Rs 6.50 crore
He (Mitchell Marsh) got injured while captaining for his country in the bilateral series against Pakistan last month. Initially it was expected that he would play for DC. But DC thought of not including him in the team and his option. So that they can continue their resettlement in India. DC head coach Ricky Ponting had announced Marsh’s return for the match against Kolkata Knight Riders on April 10, but he is no longer involved.
According to sources in The Telegraph, Marsh’s troubles have increased further, he has not fully recovered yet. He is expected to miss the next two-three matches. “Michelle is still being assessed. There is still some time before our next match, we can get some clarity before that match.”
